Day 1... Pumpkin Alfredo with Fettuccine and Crispy Sage!
I used Ina’s Alfredo recipe and tweaked it a bit. Swapped out mushrooms for roasted pumpkin purée and truffle butter for reg. Butter and Sage! Yum!
