California Avocado Club Spinach Wrap with fresh spinach, tomato, pepper, cucumber, radish, carrot, sprout, green onion, dill and everything bagel seasoning! A healthy and delicious lunch! Serve with Orange yogurt topped with blueberries, cherries and blood orange.
Quick and simple to prepare. Start with a spinach tortilla, but any tortilla will do. Make sure it’s burritos size because you want plenty of room to stuff and roll without the filling falling off.
To make it start by spreading cream cheese on the tortill. Next layer a handful of spinach in the cente, top with slices of cucumber, tomato, pepper, and avocado. Next add green onions, dill and sprinkle on “Everything Bagel Seasoning”. Wrap it up, and lunch is served!
1spinach tortilla wrap
1-2 tablespoons cream cheese of choice
Handful Spinach
2 slices of tomato
6 slices of cucumber
6 slices of radish
6 slices of bell pepper (any color)
6 slices of avocado
small amount pinched off fresh sprouts
1 green onion
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
1/2 carrot shredded
Everything Bagel Seasoning
for added protein
2 slices of Plant Based Deli slices
INSTRUCTIONS
Assemble the Veggie wrap by layering in the order the ingredients are listed. Wrap, cut, and serve.
Make extra wraps to be eaten for next days lunches. Cover each wrap tightly in plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator.
